Safety Measures

Our Commitment to Keeping You Safe

We're putting in place a number of measures to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience at the Caravan & Motorhome Show. Find out here the changes we have made to help keep everyone safe.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are no longer mandatory, however the caravan & Motorhome Show will be "mask friendly", so you may choose to wear one or not. Note for exhibitors: This includes anyone entering the show at build up, open and breakdown.

Visitor Experience

There will be wider aisles to reduce areas of high crowd density and improve attendee flow. There will also be multiple entrances which will enable management of queues. COVID-19 status check will be required as a condition of entry for build-up, open and breakdown.

Personal Hygiene

Hygiene reminders to regularly wash hands will be in place throughout the venue. Contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible.

NHS COVID Pass

This year, we require proof of COVID status upon entry for everyone. For residents in England, this can be shown via the NHS App or a letter and can be one of the following:
- Proof of double vaccination, with the second at least 14 days prior to the event
- A negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, taken on the same day you are visiting the show. This will last for 48 hours, so you may need to re-test if you are attending all 3 days
- Natural immunity, based on a positive PCR test within 180 days of the show
- Medical exemption

What to consider:
- How your customers will feel entering your stand space
- How your staff will feel manning your stand
