Caravan & Motorhome Show - Visitor FAQs

Welcome to our Visitor FAQ area, where we have tried to answer as many questions about visiting the show as we could. If you have any other questions that have not been answered, please do not hesitate to contact and a member of the team will gladly assist.

what are the show opening times?

The show will be open at the following times:

Thursday and Friday - 10am until 6pm
Saturday - 9:30am until 6pm
Sunday - 9:30am unitl 5pm 

How much are tickets?

Advance tickets are £8.50 and can be purchased online here. Tickets can also be purchased on the door on the day priced at £9.95.

Can I get a free ticket for my carer?

Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the show on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then you can book a Carer ticket. Carers are admitted free of charge. You will be required to show proof of disability on arrival at the event.  

Can I bring my children for free?

Yes. Children under 16 accompanied by a paying adult can get free entry to the show. You may be required to show proof of your child's age. 

When will I receive my ticket?

All tickets this year will be E-Tickets. Your E-Ticket will have a unique QR code, you can either print the E-Ticket or simply present it on your mobile to gain entry to the show. 

Who should I contact if I am having issues with my booking?

If you are experiencing any issues during or after booking, please contact See Tickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal here.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are strictly forbidden by EventCity's animal admission policy. The only exceptions where animals may enter the venue are for Assistance Animals. You may be required to prove your animal is able to qualify.

Is there parking?

Yes. Car parking is free and there are thousands of spaces at EventCity and the adjacent Trafford Centre. Please note there is no overnight parking for caravans and motorhomes. The nearest camp site is Burrs Country Park Caravan Club Site.

Do visitors with less mobility have access to the venue?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and we also have facilites available for visitors with less mobility. Please note, although we do everything we can to ensure visitors can access all areas of the event, some stands might be harder to access if they do not have a ramp facility. Please enquire directly with the exhibitor on how to gain access to their stand.

Is proof of COVID status required to gain entry?

For the health and safety of all entrants, proof of COVID status is required to gain access to the event. This can be one of the below:
  • Two vaccines (first and second dose), with the second dose at least 14 days prior to the Fair - this can be shown on your NHS app with your Covid Pass, or your vaccination card or by a letter from your doctor
  • Negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours prior to attending the event - this can be displayed via NHS App, SMS text, or email
  • Proof of antibodies - this can be shown by producing confirmation of a positive PCR from the last 180 days
