Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets in advance from our online Box Office by clicking on the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page or click any other BOOK TICKETS buttons throughout our website or by calling 0844 873 7349. Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras. You can also buy tickets on the door when you get to the show. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to reduce queue time when you arrive.
When will my tickets arrive?
If you bought your tickets in advance of the show either online or by phone, in most cases you will have defined whether you wanted your tickets posted or emailed to you. If you selected that you would like your tickets posted, they will normally arrive with you 1 to 2 weeks before the show. If you selected that you would like your tickets emailed, they will have been sent to the booker's email address straight after the purchase was completed. If you have any more questions about your tickets please contact email@example.com.
Is my ticket valid for any day of the show?
Yes, you may use your ticket on any day of the show. Please note that one ticket grants you entry for one day ONLY - it does not grant you access to more than one day of the show. If you intend to visit for multiple days, you will need to buy additional tickets. A great benefit of buying a ticket to the Caravan & Motorhome Show is that it also allows you free entry into the Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show next door.
I have lost my ticket, what do I do?
Not to worry, we can help you get a new one. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help with this.
