Welcome to our Visitor FAQ page. Now that the Caravan & Motorhome Show, 13-16 January has been postponed until 2023, we understand that if you have already purchased tickets you will want to know what happens now. We have tried to answer as many questions as possible to assist you.

I've already purchased a ticket, will I get a full refund?

Yes. You will be refunded the full amount for the ticket(s) purchased. 

How do I claim my refund?

You will receive an email from See Tickets to the account used to book your ticket(s) confirming the full details of your refund. 

How long will my refund take to be processed?

The refund will clear in the next 10 working days after you have received your confirmation email. The refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the ticket.
Please note: Some card providers may display the refund on your statement as the original purchase date so please check this date if you cannot see the funds on your statement.

What if my booking was made via Paypal?

Any purchases that were made through Paypal will be automatically issued back to your Paypal account.
