Welcome to our Visitor FAQ area, where we have tried to answer as many questions about visiting the show as we could. If you have any other questions that have not been answered, please do not hesitate to contact info@caravanshows.com and a member of the team will gladly assist.

What is the show about?

It's the largest Caravan and Motorhome Show of its kind with the BIGGEST choice of caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes anywhere in the North of England. It's a perfect family day out with activities for everyone including kids.

When and where is it taking place?

DATES: 14th – 17th January 2021

LOCATION: EventCity, Phoenix Way, Barton Dock Rd, M17 8AS

TIMES: Thursday, Friday: 10am - 6pm, Saturday: 9.30am - 6pm, Sunday: 9.30am - 5pm

How much are tickets?

Where can I buy tickets?

You will be able to buy tickets in advance from this website when tickets are released. 

Can I get a free ticket for my carer?

Yes. Carers accompanying a Blue Badge holder can get free entry. Your carer will need to complete a 'Carers Go Free' form when they arrive at the show. Please ensure you present a Blue Badge to qualify.

Can I bring my children for free?

Yes. Children under 16 accompanied by a paying adult can get free entry to the show. You might be required to show proof of your child's age. 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are strictly forbidden by EventCity's animal admission policy. The only exceptions where animals may enter the venue are for Assistance Animals. You may be required to prove your animal is able to qualify.

Is there parking?

Yes. Car parking is free and there are thousands of spaces at EventCity and the adjacent Trafford Centre. Please note there is no overnight parking for caravans and motorhomes. The nearest camp site is Burrs Country Park Caravan Club Site.

Do visitors with less mobility have access to the venue?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and we also have facilites avaialble for visitors with less mobility. Please note, although we do everything we can to ensure visitors can access all areas of the event, some stands might be harder to access if they do not have a ramp facility. Please enquire directly with the exhibitor on how to gain access to their stand.
