Q: When and where is the Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Show?
A: Dates: Thursday 15 - Sunday 18 January 2026.
    Location: Manchester Central, Windmill St. Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX

Q: What are the show opening times?
A: Thurs - Sat: 10.00am - 5.00pm
    Sun: 10.00am - 4.30pm

Q: Can children come to the show? 
A: Yes. Children under 16 can attend for free. They will still require a ticket for entry, which you can book when purchasing your adult ticket. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Manchester Central with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets are available here on the website, during show open hours, from Thursday 15 January 2026.

Adult - £0.00 with £1.95 booking fee per ticket                       

Children (under 16) - Free 

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door?
A: Yes, tickets will be priced at £7. However, to save you time, we recommend you purchase in advance to avoid long queues.

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact? 
A: For any questions regarding your ticket booking please get in touch with SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and the same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

If you are experiencing difficulties booking your ticket online, please email info@caravanshows.com.

Q: I have a promotional code to purchase advance tickets, but I don't have access to the internet.
A: All advance tickets are now electronic, and must be purchased online. If you do not have access to the internet, you can bring your promotional code to the onsite box office and staff will assist you. They will register your details for you and send your e-tickets to your phone, which will be scanned to allow entry into the show. If you do not have a phone, the box office will print a ticket for you. For swift entry into the event and to avoid lengthy queues, we strongly advise you to get your etickets before you arrive at the show. 

Q: Do I need to bring a printed copy of my e-ticket for entry?
A: We can scan your ticket from your mobile phone, so you do not need to bring a printed copy of your e-ticket. 

Q: What is the best way to get to Manchester Central?
A: There are several options available to get to the venue. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: Is parking available?
A: You can pre-book a space at the onsite NCP car park.  

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: Cloakroom facilities will be available. There is a small charge for this service. 

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches to full 3-course meals. 

Q: Are there hotels near Manchester Central?
A: Yes. There are a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, a carer can be admitted free of charge. Just add an Essential Companion ticket your shopping basket. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contact by See Tickets for proof of disability.

Q: Where are the wheelchair accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue.

Q: How can I get assistance during my visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Manchester Central staff who will be happy to help.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the onsite car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. 

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the show?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling  0161 834 2700 ext. 2211  or you can email concierge@manchestercentral.co.uk.

Q: What behaviour is prohibited at The Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Show?

A: Unacceptable behaviours at the event or in connection to the event include, but are not limited to;

• Use of discriminatory or offensive language or actions in relation to race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics
• Use of offensive or sexually explicit language, personal insults or gestures
• Stalking or unwelcomed/intimidating following, photography or recording
• Being verbally or physically intimidating, threatening or violent   
• Physically touching, grabbing, groping or making unwelcomed contact 
• Displaying or distributing offensive materials, symbols or imagery including those of a sexually explicit, religious or idealistic nature
• Interfering with, stealing or deliberately damaging property belonging to the venue, the event, exhibitors or other participants      
• Intentionally disrupting or preventing the running of the event or areas within it
• Smoking or vaping inside of the venue or unauthorised areas
• Drinking alcohol illegally, irresponsibly or to a point that your actions negatively affect others
• Use, carry or distribute illegal substances or substances being used in a way other than prescribed/intended
• Use, carry or display a weapon, an item that is intended to be used as a weapon or items prohibited by the venue  
• Wearing revealing or provocative clothing either sexually or through the display of offensive language, symbols or imagery (see ‘Event Dress code’)
• Distributing material outside of a paid for space or opportunity
