  1. Participants who complete the survey can be entered into a prize draw to win £100 worth of John Lewis vouchers. 
  2. Participants must provide contact details at the end of the survey to be entered and so they can be contacted should they win.
  3. The closing date to enter is midnight Friday 30th January 2026.
  4. One winner will be notified by email by Friday 13th February 2026.
  5. There is no cash alternative.
